I work out of two office suites in the Atlanta area which are shared with other mental health therapists. One is in Marietta near Smyrna (Windy Hill Road and I-75), and the other is in Roswell near Alpharetta (Alpharetta Highway just north of 92). I also partner with Busy Bodies Playhouse in Acworth, where I do in-school sessions and in certain circumstances can use the space for other sessions.
My standard fee is $165 per session (roughly 45 minutes). If that price scares you or makes you think you couldn’t do therapy, please don’t let that be the only barrier. I have a very flexible sliding scale. Please see the bottom of the page for details.
I am currently in the process of getting paneled to accept insurances, starting with Cigna and Aetna. This process can take several months. For now, I can provide a SuperBill as a out of network provider.
Marietta/Smyrna Office: Cozy and small with soft carpet. Described by a child as a “jungle”.
Very close to Cumberland, Vinings, Woodmere, Chastain Park. Within about 30 minutes of Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Powder Springs, Mableton, and Kennesaw.
Both offices are designed with intentionality, from the textures of furniture to the way things are laid out, and of course, a selection of toys and books designed to allow for exploration of a wide variety of issues.
Roswell/Alpharetta Office: Naturally lit and spacious, lots of room to move and play, with various equipment for rocking and balancing.

I chose a rate that I feel is both fair to me and to clients based on current market conditions. I have a lot to offer and a lot of valuable experience and education. I also don’t want to charge the absolute maximum that I could with my skills (more like $180-200) because I also want people to feel like they’re getting a great deal for what they’re paying. If you’re thinking, “$165 is still a LOT!” I know, it is, but some people can afford that pretty easily, which means I can then see others for less.
I charge per session, not per minute, because I’ve found that a 40-minute session and a 50-minute session take roughly the same amount of preparation and work, block off the same amount of time on my calendar, and have the same therapeutic value as long as I pay attention to what’s clinically best more than focusing on the clock. If we’re done at 40 minutes, there’s no sense dragging things out. If we need 50, I don’t want to feel constrained by the time limit. I tell families to expect sessions to be anywhere from 40-50 minutes, and to let me know if they have a hard stop on any occasion. For parent sessions, I tend to give 50 minutes to an hour, and if it’s much less or more, I can adjust the fee. Intakes are a little more because there is some extra work at the outset to get a client set up, make a care plan, etc. Think of it as a registration fee.
